A very big THANK YOU to all who came to Porthcawl on 1st to help launch the new album 'Sorrento'.Thanks also to some superb choreography from Michelle Bois and the dancers for the Fleur du Mal spot. Sam even fell asleep when I sang Sammy's Lullaby! Who said that music doesn't work? The evening was the culmination of a massive effort in more ways than one over the last six months and it's nice to have already received many messages of support and admiration from around the world. It is very much appreciated. 
As I've said in previous messages, I've tried to include some variety on the album, in an effort to cross borders of different music genres. I can't include them all, as I know there are many wonderful songs out there which, whilst I love singing, and you may like listening, they sometimes don't quite fit into the masterplan of events. But, the quest doesn't stop when the album is released. It's like painting a bridge. Once you finish the first job, you have to go right back and start again; only the good thing about starting again with an album is that the songs are different, the next time around. So it's not easy.
There's another busy time ahead during the run up to Christmas. Please see the Shows page on this site for details. Again, not all my shows are listed there, so I may pop up and surprise a few of you in the next few months. Who knows?
